Today there are 14 Smart Discount Shops that are successfully administered by Melodica Commercial Company Ltd who has the role of the Franchisor, Franchiser. Mr. Dimitrakis Chailis is the manager of Melodica and Mr. Stavros Chailis is the assistant manager. Melodica decides which kinds of products are to be placed on the shelves of the shops. The next step of Melodica is to decide the cost of the products and to inform all the Smart Discount Shops about the selling price of every kind of product. The prices are competitive and of course the same at all the shops. Each price is written on every product so that the consumers know how much they are going to pay.
